Meet the Founder

Casey Boudreaux is the founder and principal consultant at Boudreaux Business Solutions. She is a certified SHRM-CP, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and holds both a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting and an MBA. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership and business operations—most recently serving as HR Director and Privacy Officer for a multi-state healthcare revenue cycle management company—Casey brings hands-on expertise to every client relationship.

My Story

Raised in South Louisiana and rooted in family-owned business values, I grew up helping with the books in my parents' company. My career began in accounting and evolved into HR and compliance, where I found my passion for building systems that support people and protect organizations. I’ve helped start HR departments from scratch, led compliance audits, guided executive teams, and trained managers to lead with confidence and clarity.

While I proudly embrace my local roots and southern hospitality, don't mistake my Bayou flair for geographic limits. I’ve successfully provided HR, compliance, and business operations support to companies across multiple states—including Texas, Illinois, and Alabama, just to name a few. My approach blends regional understanding with multi-state compliance expertise, making Boudreaux Business Solutions a trusted partner no matter where your business operates.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mother of two (ages 7 and 14), and an active community leader—serving as President of Bayou SHRM and my newest role as the Treasurer of a Texas-based nonprofit. I understand firsthand the balancing act of leadership and life, and that’s why I created this business—to support yours with practical, dependable solutions.
